Thomas Nygren (Chairman)

Thomas is partner and chairman at Hamilton Advokatbyrå, one of Sweden's largest commercial law-firms. Thomas is also in charge of the law-firm's technology law group. In addition to his engagement in the law-firm, he is active as an investor in various technology start-ups.

Mats Dahlin

Since June 2005 Mats has worked as an advisor to venture capital and private equity companies. He is Chairman and Board Member for several companies, coach to management teams and an investor. He started his career at Ericsson in 1980, where he held a number of key positions across marketplaces ranging from Asia to the Americas. In 1998, he was appointed Executive Vice President for the Group, President of Ericsson Radio Systems AB and Head of Business Segment Network Operators. In 2000, he headed up the Mobile Systems Division, and was then appointed Head of Market Area EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa). In 2004, he became President for Ericsson Enterprise AB and was responsible for the company’s global operations, including development and implementation of a new worldwide enterprise strategy.

Jarkko Penttilä

Jarkko works as an Investment Director at Eqvitec Partners, which is one of the largest technology focused venture capital firms in Northern Europe. The company was founded in 1997 and employs 14 investments professionals in Helsinki and Stockholm. Eqvitec Partners currently advises five funds with a total capital base of 440 million euros. The funds invest in growing technology companies from start-up to later-stage phases. Before joining Eqvitec in 2002, Jarkko worked at Nokia and Ericsson in different management positions including corporate venturing.
