MindTerm Licensing

There are four types of Licenses for the MindTerm product.

This governs the use of the MindTerm product for limited commercial use. It basically says that you may use MindTerm free of charge for personal use as well as in some commercial situations where you have fewer than 25 users. Mindterm End-User License for Limited Commercial Use

This agreement governs how you may use the public available source code. Mindterm Public Source License Agreement

This license is applicable when the MindTerm product is bought as a "Site License" for commercial use.
Mindterm Commercial License Agreement

Aside from the above there is also a special OEM agreement that's applicable if you want to embed MindTerm in another product or if you in turn would like to sell it as part your services or products.
