Support for MindTerm

Customers who have bought a Site or OEM License will have to sign a separate Support agreement to be eligible to utilize the AppGate support organization and to receive signed applets as they become available.

If you have purchased a commercial license and have a valid support contract you can contact mt-support@appgate.com. Note that this address is for people who have bought support from AppGate only. All others see below.
